These programs address the very important developmental needs of children who have been impacted by a traumatic loss throughout their lifetime. Starting with age appropriate, interactive enrichment and engagement activities for the youngest children, we implement programs that enhance life skills and social connections. Our successful youth program, Career Paths, helps prepare adolescents for college and careers through interactive workshops, seminars and leadership development programs.
We offer later stage career planning workshops and counseling for students graduating from college, assistance with preparing resumes and cover letters, and coaching on interview techniques, all of which help individuals strengthen their job search process. We partner with respected organizations to develop targeted programs for college admissions planning, including Howard Green & Associates and Fordham University.

We assist students interested in exploring college and internship opportunities, actively engaging them in the process, sharing the knowledge and tools needed to manage their own careers throughout their lives. In addition to workshops, we offer one-on-one education and career guidance, in person, via email and by phone, providing assistance regardless of location.
An outgrowth of our Career Paths program, Take Our Children to Work Day, is conducted annually for children ages 8 -18 offering a close up look at organizations and careers of interest, helping them visualize their future.
Paticipation in this program increases each year. Since its inception, nearly 1,000 children, 63 corporate partners, and our entire staff have come together for a day of inspiration, creativity and opportunity.
